I was on my way from San Antonio to Arlington during a stormy weekend and my I saw smoke coming out of my car at some remote place called Alvardo about an hour from Arlington. I had to stop my car right there to let it cool for over an hour while we were getting soaked in that brutal rain. After an hour of our amateur repair efforts which we and the auto zone guys did, we started driving again but to the agony of all of us, it started fuming even badly.. The auto zone guys gave an estimate that my gasket has some problem and the whole overhauling would cost me atleast $800-$1000 and would take any mechanic a week to fix that..I started looking for mechanics on that weekend and could not find nobody willing to work in that bad weather..Even if they would, I was sure that they would charge helluva lot considering the emergency I was in as I that I had to go to back to San Antonio next day for work..In the meantime my friend from Arlington asked me to contact them which I did and they sent me a mechanic right then in that brutal rain and he looked into the engine again to see that it was the heater hose that cracked a hole in it which we replaced right there near the Autozone...I had some wiper problem too which I asked him to look into which he did...Having fixed out transmission problem, we left for Arlington and for our badluck the wipers stopped working in that excruciating rain and we could hardly see nothing on the rain..we called them again and they responded in a very caring manner and sent the mechanic again..this time about 30 minutes from the previous place we were stranded..he came down ..worked on it for an hour and said that the wiper motor got messed up.....nothing was going right for us on that eventful evening..they all worked on it for over 2 hours that around midnight and since we dint have the wiper arm..we had to wait until next day to get it..and we got it to them...which they fixed right there..For all this toil, they just charged us 100 bucks...that I think was just too less for all the work they did...Apart from all that, they were very concerned and caring that touched me the most...If I happen to go to Arlington next time, I am gonna go visit these guys just to say a little thanks for helping us out during very critical situation. Thank you Jeremie and not to forget Mr.Waheed who was just so very helpful.To sum it up...Very Helpful buncha group..

Very reasonable price and no extra charges for extra work


I was stuck in mud and it took an extra hour to pull me out due to the hard rain, but the driver charged me only $50, not a cent more for extra work. He was very carefull with the car and as well as very polite. I would call that the best service in town

Very polite and courteous dispatch lady, very helpful driver, fast service, on time, very reasonable charges, did not charge extra for unexpected extra work for pushing the car around, fixing the bumper to make the tow possible, use of dolly to move the car so my wheel wouldn't get damaged.

I am a female driver and last night I was stuck on the side of the highway and called a tow company, but they didn't show up for 2 hours. After waiting so long, I called 1Atowing and the lady was very friendly concerned that I was all by myself and told me that the driver would be there in 20min. As I was speaking with her, the other truck showed up. To my surprise, the lady from 1atowing called me back after 15min to check if everything was ok and that I was taken care of. Even though they did not get my business, but the lady was very concerned that I was stuck there by my self and make sure that I safe and sound. I wished I would have called them first, but I sure will the next time

I called several wrecking services, but not one showed up after 3 hours. But they showed up within 30min of calling them

Very nice service and friendly people. I was stuck at 3am and called three other companies but no one answered. Not only they answered but the driver was there in 20min. He was very friendly and was very sorry that I was stuck there a for a while. The charges were very reasonable too and he did not try to charge any extra for his service at 3am. I will surely use them again and tell my friends too.
